See Your Own Colors: The Power of Self-Appreciation

“Nobody sees me, my manager doesn’t even know what I do.”
“I am the one who does the most projects and improvements on the team, but my work is still not seen.”
“For once, a person appreciates it.”
“I am not getting paid for my work.”
Many of us have expressed these sentences in our business lives or have often said them to ourselves. Unless the effort given is seen and appreciated, your motivation has decreased. Your lack of motivation has dragged you into effortlessness day by day.
Being seen is a human need
Humans are creatures that need to be seen and appreciated. Especially if there is effort put in, output that touches people and makes a difference, you want this to be visible and announced with great enthusiasm so that everyone knows about it.
What about in your own eyes?
Have you ever been visible to yourself?
Have you ever appreciated yourself for the projects you have prepared with so much effort?
Have you ever seen your dedication, your effort, your patience, your inquisitive spirit, your childlike curiosity, your excitement, the colors you sprinkle from your own rainbow?
Did you see yourself?
When you see yourself, colors appear
When you see yourself, all your colors will start to become visible. That’s when the appreciation will come effortlessly and the rewards of your efforts that you didn’t receive.
If you have a curiosity about seeing yourself, your colors and meeting them, we are here as coaches to accompany you on your journey.
See you later:)
