Founders
Dr. Ayşegül Özkavukcu
Co-Founder & CEO
Holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ). Built and led Migros Up — Turkey's first and best-known corporate open-innovation center in retail, matching 50+ corporations with 100+ startups between 2016 and 2023. An ICF-ACC certified coach, part-time faculty at İstanbul Bilgi University, and TEDxKHAS speaker.

An industrial engineer with 12+ years of SAP HCM/ERP consulting experience. Serves as Director at Rapidsol Consulting, and leads Waytogo's HR technologies, systems integration, and project management.
