Future You: Who Do You Dream Of Being?

Do you ever dream about who you will be in the future?
I would like to tell you about a moment I experienced years ago, without even realizing that I was doing it, without knowing that the answer to this question was a way out, a coaching method, or perhaps now a law of resonance.
My teaching journey began by chance
In the first years of my job, my job as an instructor started very coincidentally. As a newly graduated young man, I was reading the legislation and the basics of the job at every opportunity, hungry for information. During the long shuttle ride from work to home, I was following the lines with pleasure, like reading a book, with a childlike curiosity. Over time, I had the opportunity to experience both practice and theory. Due to the shortages that occurred for various reasons, I suddenly had a situation where I was told, “We want you to provide tomorrow’s training”, after the trainings given by my experienced expert friends, where I learned the job.
The vision that changed my panic
I experienced a moment of panic when I did not know what to do about the job I was prepared for and normally did. When the training moment came, this panic increased even more. Most of the participants had professional experience, perhaps as old as me. An excited storm started to break out inside me, asking, “What am I going to do now? How am I going to get through this day?” I was sure that the sound of my heartbeat was heard from the other side. And that miracle happened at that moment and it had a magical effect, I found myself thinking the following calming dream: “I am giving a thank you speech while looking at the participants in front of me with a big smile on their faces, the training is over, it was wonderful and my eyes are shining with happiness.” I started to visualize this scene…
When the dream came true
That was my dream for 5 hours later that day… And it came true 🙂 That day became the best anchor of my teaching career, which I continue with great pleasure in addition to the duties and responsibilities I have taken on that are still ongoing. When I am in a process that is causing me trouble, I still dream of myself in the future when that situation is over… What happens after all this is over? How do you feel? What kind of you is there? If the you there is the ideal you, what would be different if you carried your today?
Creating your own way out with coaching
So what is your exit method?
On the coaching side, on the part of positive psychology that takes us forward from the moment we are in, we tie a knot to such a moment. Would you like to create a new option with a coach in moments when you feel like you can’t find a way out?
I hope that every step you take brings you closer to your dreams…
With love
