Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

  • 5/2 (a): Processing is explicitly foreseen in the laws.
  • 5/2 (c): Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for fulfilling the contract.
  • 5/2 (ç): Processing is mandatory for our company to fulfill its legal obligations.
  • 5/2 (e): Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right.
  • 5/2 (f): Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

For sensitive personal data, explicit consent is required, as stated in Article 6/2 of the Law.

The purposes for processing your personal data include:

  • Recording your identity, address, and other necessary details to identify you in transactions.
  • Communicating essential information with you through your contact details.
  • Recording camera footage for workplace security purposes.
  • Planning, monitoring, and implementing our corporate sustainability, corporate governance, strategic planning, and information security processes.
  • Fulfilling our administrative and legal obligations, as well as the requirements of the contracts we sign with you.

If necessary, we share your personal data only with persons and organizations authorized by the law.

What Are Your Rights Under the Law?
At any time, you can apply to our company to exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Learn whether your data is being processed, and if processed, request information about the processing purpose and how it is used.
  • Learn about third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country.
  • Request corrections if your data is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law.
  • Ask for notifications to third parties to whom your data has been shared regarding any changes in your data.
  • Object to any negative consequences arising from the automatic analysis of your data, and if you believe that the data is unlawfully processed, request compensation for the damages incurred.

If your application incurs additional costs, you may be required to pay the fees specified by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests will be concluded as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days.

To exercise your rights under the Law, you can submit your requests in writing through registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously provided to us.
